Wristbands are personal and may not be shared. Misuse results in immediate suspension without compensation.
Lost or damaged wristbands must be reported in writing; replacement costs 250 DKK. liability until replacement remains with the member.
Membership fees are charged automatically on the first business day of each month, covering the upcoming month. Automatic payment enrollment is required.
If a payment fails, a reminder will be sent. Continued non-payment may result in suspended access and termination of membership. After the second reminder, the case may be sent to a debt collection agency.

No compensation is given for temporary disruptions. For long-term restrictions (14+ days), a price reduction may be applicable.

Video surveillance is used at entrances solely for security purposes and is shared with authorities only when legally required.
You are responsible for your belongings, even in locked lockers. In case of theft, we can assist police with relevant video footage if requested.

You have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, unless the service has been used (e.g., attending a booking within this period).
Membership is binding for the first two months from registration date and can then be canceled with one month’s notice via email, effective at the end of the current month.
Memberships cannot be paused. Rejoining requires new registration and may involve a waiting list.
If capacity is full, you may be placed on a waiting list for a non-refundable fee. You must accept a vacant spot within the given deadline.
We reserve the right to modify terms, conditions, and data policies. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

In severe cases, Sauna Club Sydhavn reserves the right to involve law enforcement.

If you register mid-month, you pay only for the remaining period of that month. Subsequent monthly fees are automatically charged on the first business day of each month. Enrollment in automatic payment is required.
If a payment fails, we will attempt automatic collection. If unsuccessful, a reminder will be sent by email. Continued non-payment may result in temporary suspension of access or termination of membership. Fees related to reminders or debt collection are the responsibility of the member.
Price changes will be communicated in advance, with notice at least equal to the current cancellation notice period, allowing members to decide whether to continue membership.
If access is significantly limited for a continuous period of 14 days or more due to maintenance, repairs, technical issues, cleaning, or necessary health and operational measures, a proportional membership fee reduction may apply. Sauna Club Sydhavn reserves the right to adjust opening hours seasonally.
Sauna Club Sydhavn is not responsible for inability to provide services due to unforeseen events beyond our control, such as fire, storm damage, pandemics, government orders, or power outages. Membership continues unless canceled according to standard notice periods. Prepaid membership fees are non-refundable in such circumstances.
Sauna Club Sydhavn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Lockers are available for members to secure items with their own lock or a purchased lock. Sauna Club Sydhavn provides no compensation for theft but will cooperate with police and provide relevant video footage if requested.
Video surveillance is used at entrances to ensure safety. Footage is stored securely and only used for security or access purposes. It is not shared with third parties except as legally required.
All participation is voluntary and at your own risk. Members with health concerns should consult a doctor before participating. Sauna Club Sydhavn is not responsible for any health consequences arising from participation. Acceptance of booking confirmation implies acceptance of this disclaimer.
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online, social media, or remote purchases. Withdrawal must be requested in writing via email to Mail@saunaclubsydhavn.dk within 14 days of purchase. Include name, purchase date, and membership number. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services used within the period, such as attending a sauna infusion session, where explicit consent was given.
Membership can be canceled by emailing Mail@saunaclubsydhavn.dk. Membership is binding for 2 months from registration. Afterward, cancellation requires notice covering the current month plus one additional month. Membership ends at the conclusion of the cancellation period, and payments are due until then.

If no membership slots are available, you may join a waiting list for a non-refundable fee. Offers of membership must be accepted within the specified deadline or pass to the next person on the list.

Membership fees are primarily collected via MobilePay Subscriptions on the 20th of each month for the upcoming period. Bank transfer is offered as an alternative. If registering between payment dates, fees are prorated for the current month, with subsequent payments due on the 20th of each month.
Membership is activated upon registration and first payment. Access is granted according to the chosen membership plan, with wristbands or digital access codes issued promptly after activation.
If issues arise with access or services, contact Sauna Club Sydhavn via email with a description of the problem. Complaints are handled promptly. If unresolved, consumers may contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board at www.naevneneshus.dk.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to mail@saunaclubsydhavn.dk. Confirmation of receipt makes the cancellation valid. Membership remains active during the notice period, with payment required until its conclusion.

The saunas can reach high temperatures and it's great as a sauna master that I can easily control the heat, the atmosphere and completely ground myself and guests. It's just a nice place to be."
